Got questions? We've got answers.

When do new challenges drop?

Challenges unlock every Saturday at 8:00 AM. We send an SMS or Notification reminder on the day.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. All features are free.

Who can see my posts?

You can share publicly to the community feed, share to your groups, or limit a post to a specific group.

What does public sharing mean?

Public posts can be seen by the broader Saturday Cookoff community in the feed and may appear in community highlights.

How is group sharing different?

Group sharing keeps your post inside group spaces so only members of those groups can view and respond.

Do I have to cook exactly on Saturday morning?

No. The brief opens at 8:00 AM on Saturday, then stays available so you can cook later in the week.

What do I include in a submission?

Lead with a hero photo of your finished plate, then add process shots (prep, pan action, final garnish) so people can see your technique unfold. Finish with any notes to tell the story behind the cook.

Can I edit my submission after posting?

Yes. You can update photos and notes until the challenge closes.

How do reactions and comments work?

Depending on your privacy settings, people can only react and comment where your post is visible (public feed or group spaces).

Can I cook with a private group?

Yes. Create a private group and invite members directly. Only invited members can view group posts.

What if I miss a week?

You miss out sorry :( The challenges are generally only available for one week

Can I change my measurement units?

Yes. Our recipes come in both metric and imperial units

How do I get account help quickly?
